Steer Clear from Netcare Mulbarton ER!

Terrible, terrible ER. My mom fell and was injured. We soent more than 7 hours at casualties. They dont triage and have absolutely no compassion or patient care ethics at this ER with staff who were on duty during our visit. A person in a lot of pain curled up on the floor and vomited - they didnt bother to set him aside and seclude him or cover him with a portable divider. Those with injuries babies, coughing, those with fever - all bundled up like cash ***s for this money greedy set up. I have visited many casualties in my lifetime and this was the worst experience ever. Upon first assessment in cubicle (which in a good facility is part of triage) her blood pressure was high. It wasnt checked again at all. I feel ashamed that my mom's medical aid will be billed for the sub standard service she received tonight. I regret taking her to this facility.
