Statement is NOT a invoice

I have been trying to get a copy of the invoice since the service was rendered, by e-mailing from September 2024. You keep on sending statements, and a statement is NOT the same as a invoice.. Now you have handed me over to SSDA and send me the SMS on Christmas (bad taste) they also do not seem to get the difference between a statement and invoice. I have had to pay it now, but considering how stuffs been run at your Netcare hospitals, I do not know if I paid for someone else's service that was charge to my account since you are not able to send me the invoice.

This is pathetic and I suggest you contact me as there have been more serious issues encountered and I would like to have them resolved. They wont be posted here, but, at the appropriate regulatory body.
