Staff inconsiderate
<p>On discharge of my son the doctor prescribed medication and the nurse had to hand in the slip to get it after almost an hour of waiting I eventually asked but where is the other meds bum cream she said she is waiting on it however while sitting in the foyer I saw stuff came in mine was not there because she didn't tick some block apparently now I wait again eventually she leaves and says the other sister will sort it now I'm waiting again then eventually I asked who is this sister she came and says she has spoken to I don't know who but can I collect it tomorrow hell no don't make your problem mine or you can get another script tomorrow from doctor and get it at the chemist which means now I must do it and will now be deducted from day to day benefits and not hospitalization I left very furious and cross N1 is really getting pathetic now the only reason I'm going there is for the pediatrician because we have a good relationship and he knows my children.</p>
