Staff ***********

I was admitted to Montana Hospital in September 2015 for blood transfusion and iron. When arriving at the hospital, I was 1st told that my medical aid only allowed 1 day, I have to arrange myself if I stay longer. I didn't like this attitude for a hospital at all, as it was not my choice to be admitted. Why have I not been informed of the extra costs for the blood transfusion. Surely the hospital staff knew. Then the receptionist spoke to somebody else who informed her that the Case Manager will monitor the situation. She took my ID book, medical aid card and made copies. What she did with this, only she will know as I am now requested to fax / email my ID, WHY???? I emailed my ID to Adri Lingenvelder, apparently she does not get the email, today I received a sms. Please explain this to me and what happened to the copy that was made on admission. And also why must I send it to so many people. According to my medical aid, they have settled my account, no confirmation has been received from the hospital, when will I get this confirmation. I do not like the staff's attitude at all, and think they need to be sent on a course on how to deal with people
