Netcare Montana must have the most *********** nursing staff in private hospitals. No sister in ward 5 can insert a catheter! My elderly father screams from pain. We always take him to Urological hospital to replace a catheter, no problem. Now he is admitted in Montana hospital and they must do it. Lately a feeding tube had to be inserted. They've tried 3 times, all 3 were unsuccessful. They simply can't do it. Somebody from ER was asked to come do it, no success. Again he suffers the pain. Years ago qualified nurses & sister were (almost) as good as a doctor. In some cases, for some tasks they were better!! Netcare, do NOT reply and say I must email details. It doesn't help even a bit. That is just the way it is nowadays > poor training, no skills or ability. They are friendly and some are caring, but competent they are not!
