St. Augustine's Hospital

My nephew has been admitted into the hospital from Tuesday the 04/06/2019. He was involved in a car accident with his mom (she is admitted in a Life Hospital). My family have not been able to visit him since however family members of my sister's husband's are frequently visiting the little boy; who is in a critical condition as he is only 3 years old & is currently in ICU due to brain swelling.

N.B. my dad is the medical holder in which my nephew is an added member.

Please assist in rectifying the miscommunication or "arrangements" that has been put in place for this ridiculous ruling! Which is totally unfair to my family.
