St Augustine Hospital Poor service

Netcare St Augustine’s hospital.

I would like to expess the poor service and non professionalism from one of your staff by the name Mervin Narainsamy. Very unprofessional poor service. I requested the casualty report in the 14 of October 2024 till today 03 of December I have not received it. 14 emails and calls of follow-up sometimes with no responses. Now I have been advised I must pay for the report which I was not even advised of at the begining. Even when I was discharged I was not given a copy of those record n now I must pay??? That is not acceptable!!!!!! Even the casualty report I am requesting they did not send it to my medical aid for their bills to be settled in full now m running around with poor service even their staff when answering the phone u can tell that they is no professionalism (Ntuthuko). I would not advise any of my family or closed friends to visit that hospital the poor service and unprofessionalsim is on another level.
