Special day Ruined

Giving birth is supposed to be a memorable time. Thats why we choose Netcare Olivedale we thought we would receive world class service that we paying for but it's totally the opposite. On our arrival at the martinity ward 16/03/2021 they where no beds so they put us in the isolation room with no bathroom which is uncomfortable for a 9month pregnant women after that the reception was very diss missive of our concerns. The amount of money we paying is alot, not even government hospitals are this ***********.

Stressing out a pregnant women on her special day when already she is anxious is sad. We just want a safe delivery so we can leave this hospital. Patient name is Nompilo Mncube Netcare Olivedale
