So much for promt service

I was admitted to Netcare Garden City Hospital at the beginning of September. Last week I received an sms stating that I owe them R 1540.46. I called to make arrangements and there was no answer. I left a message but no one called me back. Why are they only informing me now??? Exactly two months later!!! You cant even reach them because no one in that department answers the phone
