Snail paced ER
Took my wife to emergency following a car accident that happened a couple of hours ago. She's walking but she's been feeling a growing pain from neck to lower back. Anyway, came to the ER at waterfall hospital. We waited for more than an hour just to open a file. Another hour and a half has now passed, no service. Definitely no urgency at this ER. Worst emergency facility ever. Writing complaint from the hospital. Even thinking of just leaving and going to Sandton medi clinic.
