Slow service
I went to have the staples in my head removed. There were less than 8 patients together with me in the waiting room. It took Portia over an hour to get me registered. In fact a few minutes past an hour, I got up and left. By her own admission she had even forgotten to register the lady who was before me.<br> Youve set aside 8am to 12 pm as time when medical follow ups can be done. Why have these times if you can't even get the admin component right. Why?????
