Sleeping nurses and rudeness

I went to garden city on sunday at 5am as I was extremely ill.walked into the main reception the maLE receptionist had his earphones in his ear while asking what i wanted. I t said I need to see a doctor, he said go out the door and straight I had to ask the security to assist me. the security showed me to the reception, no one was there, it was empty I took pictures of all of this. I waited but had so much pain , I asked a cleaner. She said she doesn't know, pointed me to the triage room. When i passed the room, the female nurse had been sleeping. so I carried on straight as I had seen a male nurse sitting further down. As we entered his station, he jumped up screeming, what do you want. I was upset and said I am ill and am tired of this unproffessionalism as no one is at reception and the nurse is sleeping in the triage room. He gave me no opportunity to complete what i was saying and screammed loudly, humiliating me and the doctor said oh is that what you said, go. the other nurse asked what happened but this make nurse screamed over me. I said I need his name to report him, but he refused and so I left and went to another hospital. where no one was sleeping or rude.
