Shocking St Augustines/ False advice

My mother whom has no idea as to what my medical aid is like or how fussy KeyCare is with what hospital I can go to RUSHED ME in a panic to the closest hospital being St Aug cause I couldn't breathe and had terrible Pains. SHOBA from reception didn't inform my mom that KeyCare patients needed to be taken to life instead he carried on with the process ST AUGUSTINES **** to my mother saying it had been authorised for admission mean time it was declined and now I am owing R4000. They said my dr was dawood which Dawood said he didn't even see me and the trauma drs false diagnosed me as I have just been for a emergency Gall Bladder opp in entebeni. I would just like to say that ST AUGUSTINES HAS ABSOLUTE ***** WORKING FOR THEM!!! <br> I was in agony and they should have stabilized me and transferred me but just because the staff is so pathetically useless im in debt with a bill of R4000. <br> How can they miss direct my mom? then the DR that supposedly saw me isn't the right DR and then they miss diagnose me but I have just had a gall bladder opp for the pain I was getting then. and SHOBA HAS THE CHEEK TO DO this. Train your staff for emergencies
