Shocking service from Netcare Waterfall!

Hi There,<br> <br> I would like to log a serious complaint against Netcare Waterfall after I have personally witnessed truly shallow healthcare tactics at your institution especially in the Montrose Ward.<br> <br> Firstly, my mother was admitted for Renal failure and myexia coma, she was responsive and in a better healthcare state when admitted.<br> <br> Her condition has worsened since she was transferred out of ICU to another ward... So bad to the point now, where she is almost non responsive, almost she had a stoke!, She was not like this 48 hours ago! she can't talk, nor even string two words together. What the hell is going on!!!?<br> <br> You wanted to discharge her last week with a bad chest infection, only when my sister noticed this and complained did one of your practitioners start paying close attention to her health which seems to have only detoriated since.<br> <br> She has now contracted a chest infection from within the hospital, that appears to leading to pneumonia which now threatens her life, she is in a very bad state and I am extremely unhappy about this. I hold your institution accountable for this.<br> <br> I would like to rule out that we are not content with the care of your institution
