Shocking service from EC netcare n1 city

I received such shocking service from netcare n1 city hospital emergency centre.. Waited approx 4 hours to be seen to /mistreated /yelled at by reception staff member in front of other patients / despite my condition that was reported to at triage.. Nothing was done about it.. When doctor eventually saw to me, apart from other symptoms brought to his attention my concern was dehydration as well.. I asked for water to help relieve the dehydration /thirst.. He said he will put a drip.. 10/15mins later nothing happened.. I had no other alternative but get off the bed and walk out the EC.. Without getting the help I needed.. Neither the doctor or any of the nurses even bothered to see where I was or even tried to call me telephonically.. Astonishing that one can go missing from an EC and this doesn't ring alarm bells that a patient is missing... If you have to visit an ec.. I would strongly recommend that you use another facility..some of these nurses have a don't care attitude and very little empathy for patients and their condition. Perhaps regional bosses and hospital manager need to see what is happening in their hospitals... Without patient care or patients... Your hospital will lose patients.!
