Shocking Service

Your service at Mil Park hospital is shocking. I was at your hospital in August, I complained about the food that I received that I wouldn't even serve it to my dog, I didn't eat it. I was served food in dirty bowls. The breakfast bowl still had a line on it from the nights jelly that was served, I had to eat breakfast on that. A patient left the ward at midday, the cleaners came to clean the ward at 23:31pm, I took pics. Patients were fighting with each other and we had to put up with all of that, I have pics too. I completed your survey and still no one contacted me about the shocking service that I paid R40k. I also called and complained to Sarah and still not apology, but the cherry on top is that you handed me over for a bill of R600.00 of which to this day I don't know what this payment entails, and you didn't send anything of this bill in writing to me, How is this fair??? What must happen here?
