Shocking service at Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital

Shocking service at Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital in the ER. I have now had three terrible experiences there. Doctors and nurses were fine (this time) but the woman at the front desk, on the last occasion was shocking. Not only did she threaten that should I come back, the hospital would not treat me. She also threw around some serious accusations around and when I called back to enquire about my medication, she hung the phone up me! Totally unacceptable behaviour for a professional medical facility- and possibly life threatening should you be in an emergency. If you find yourself in need of urgent medical care, avoid this Emergency Room at all costs if you can. Unless, you are willing to pay a pretty penny to be potentially misdiagnosed, man-handled, insulted or put in further danger. I have found too many reviews online from people who have come out of there with similar stories.
