Shocking failure in patient care

Netcare Alberton - to the staff and management of this hospital, I pray that you and your family never experience the service you deliver to patients. What a horrific experience it was. Patients arrive because they need assistance - you don't need to understand or care the pain we are in, but the least you could do is your job! To the patients that stayed hopeful or had no choice to wait it out, I hope you eventually got the medical treatment you needed. I walked out unattended to, still in pain but felt a lot better leaving that place. No facility like this deserves anyone's hard earned money - find a medical centre that is passionate and professional. I assure you, Netcare Alberton is not one of them.
