Shocking care at Waterfall City Hospital

My dad has been in and out of Waterfall City Hospital since October last year. He has brittle diabetes, a severe seizure disorder, Parkinsons and dementia. Every time my dad has been admitted there his health rapidly declines over a 24 hour period. He is left sitting in dirty and wet nappies for hours, nurses don't bother to check if he's eaten (sometimes he needs to be fed depending on the shaking that day). We have repeatedly told the nurses and caterers what he can and can't eat, but he still brought food he cannot eat. My dad is currently in waterfall hospital after a knee replacement operation yesterday morning. He was left in the same nappy for 15 hours, he had a seizure during physio which no one told us about, his hands, feet, mouth and tongue are so swollen today are can't swallow properly. It turns out he has not been given his anti-seizure, Parkinsons, or diabetes medications or his insulin pen since early yesterday evening. He is now on oxygen to help him breathe because his chest is "rattling" which means he's more than likely picked up a chest infection like every other time he's been in that hospital. I have complained, I have emailed the hospital, I have filled in all the stupid survey forms and if you're lucky a lady called Faith phones you and tells you she will look into it, but you never hear from her again! Clearly no follow up is done and no improvements are done or followed up on. We are now going to be changing my dad's doctors so we no longer need to go to Waterfall hospital.
