Shocking accounts / billing department

Husband went in for his prostate to be removed. Approved by Medical aid - had to pay R70 000 upfront cash. Refused to bill highcare ward correctly for payment even though medical aid approved. Robotic surgery stated exclusions on bill instead of costs in excess of approved amount. Now Gap cover won't pay R40 000 for robotic surgery because of the word exclusions. Between the surgeons *********** accounts staff to the ward staff to the finance staff a joke. To get anyone to sort this out 10 months later is a shocking. No one available, no one answering phones, everyone blaming everyone else but my medical aid and their accounts say there are no exclusions - no one changing the statement. Needless to say we also had to drive to Jhb and pay for lodging. Waterfall Netcare Hospital Sandton is the only hospital that do robotic surgery - at that time. Dollars after dollars ... I am furious and will never recommend anyone to go there. Very bad experience from some staff - but some staff were great though. Vincent / Regina tried to help....... URGENT URGENT URGENT
