Shiiit service at Akasia Netcare

Kindly note that after several hours of waiting for the doctor to attend to my child at Akasia Netcare on Thursday 18 July, we were not attended to. That was the worst service I ever got in any hospital. Actually, that hospital must just be closed. I don't know why they are claiming from my medical aid where as I was never attended to. I even requested my pre-payment and it was after I had to fight to get it that evening. I will never set foot in that hospital again. It's not different from the public hospital. Now they want to take money from my medical aid. For what? What did they do? Don't process this claim.
