*********** "service" followed by spam emails

Despite telling you on multiple occasions that I am NOT the patient treated and that you do not have the right to share this person's medical information with me you continue to send me invoices for services rendered to my adult child who has their own medical aid. Not only is their medical information no-one if my business but, legally, you may not share this information with me. I would understand if this was the first time or maybe even the second time you jade this "error" but this is the third free you have done this and the third time you have "sincerely" promised that the clerical error had been rectified. At this point I am more inclined to consider these intentional and malicious actions. To top it off you spam me 3 to 4 times a day to complete your survey. Well here is the response, you are doing more harm than good you ****s.
