**** service at Netcare Unitas Reception

It is now 20h30 been waiting at reception since 19h00 and they only have one white old lady assisting everyone.

I wan’t to complain to her for taking long but its really not her fault, i don’t know why the hospital did’nt organise two personnel atleast.

My new born was transferred from the Ward 1B to NICU, ofcourse im worried and stressed….. now i’ve been sitting here for a good 1 hour and 30 minutes!!! Going to 2 hours now Just to open the Baby’s file!
