Hi<br> <br> My son has been admitted to your hospital at Clinton and I must say the service is appalling.<br> <br> I have attached pictures to elaborate.<br> <br> 1. The oxygen musk was placed on the plastic bag because you didn't have the appropriate container.<br> <br> 2. I was given a jar with a crack and whole to use, pieces of the glass might be consumed, health hazard.
