Seriously!!!
We are so fed up with hospital, every time my mother gets booked into the hospital there never seems to be hot water in the showers and the aircons never work, they either to cold or don't switch on. Every time we ask for it to be fixed, no one even comes or they make an excuse not to come. You guys are seriously too lazy to even fix something and have an excuse for EVERYTHING! Get your act togeether because consequences will taken.
