Seeking Help is harder for Garden City

<p>The name Netcare doesn't apply to staff and doctor/s. Two babies born previously and always had issues with Nurse care, if not throwing a pillow on the babies face or been discharged by doctor for early birth and coming back cause baby had jaundice. Cause he must go on holiday. This time we decided to never use Garden city from all the bad experience and the quality of treatment. We question how long does it take to get understanding from staff or yelled at that now I have to drain the blood from the drip. Clicking tongues and taking scripts and disappearing for over hour before discharged. Moved to three rooms in 24 hours and then also rude when this is done. Training doesn't help if there is no value or vision added in how the work is done to service people, mummies, babies and people suffering from pain. Pain if its body or the heart from the reason why people come to a hospital. I have heard people complain about Garden City and always looked past it. But the stories continue to roll out. I'm shocked by what I hear as woman suffer from life threatening incidents after giving birth. Too much disappointment and I'm sure this comments will never reach unless concerns of NETCARE is important. I say all this cause its IMPORTANT to me and my wife that our baby has better treatment. I will seek other care from a Hospital that does follow a vision, goal day to day and never looses its values that people have when they come to a hospital for care.</p> <p>Regards, <br />Duran.</p> <p>PS.
