Child with above 40 degree temperature not even assessed to determine severity of emergency for almost an hour.... yes, you read that correctly. Entire front office staff, including triage staff clearly on a massive go slow. I'm amazed at the lack of customer service not to mention basic expected care for a small child on the brink of seizure.

See you never....I'll spread the word far and wide to everyone I know that they should avoid this hell hole.
