Security staff just there for job creation

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know netcare sunninghill security staff are just there for job creation and do what netcare do about all other complaints... Nothing. they allow cars to double park, they allow taxis to stop where want to drop off. never mind there's actually a designated drop off zone design to not impede other traffic. they let traverse ways to be parking lots, rubble to be thrown off the roof on to patient walk ways and dont even have name tags. So here's a question, what do your security staff actually do? you know, other than nothing!
