Security guard provides nursing care at Linkwood Hospital

Recently my 77 year old mother was in Linkwood Hospital. One night after major surgery she was left alone on the 2nd floor of the hospital with a security guard. All nurses went to work on the 1st floor. After submitting a complaint I was sent a message thanking me for the compliment.
