second time darned cheek
Dont you ever give up ? I think your credit controller in johannesburg is deliberatly trying to irk us first he sends out one letter of demand to us and then whilst our medical aid is trying to sort out your muck up has the cheek to send out a second one and you are the ones in the wrong get someone who knows how to do their job !
