Schoking ATTITUDE Netcare

I have heard a lot of complaints about Netcare and so sad that I now perso experienced it and have NO choice as to believe it. My mom passed away. Dudley from Netcare Kuilsrivier could not tell me the details of the undertaker who collected the remains and had ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST to find out. Shocking, I assume anybody can just walk in and remove the remains of your loved one??!! Secondly when I reported this incident to Netcare Head Office and requested a medical report on reason for death Yvone refused it because my mom was not in my care. I AM HER BIOLOGICAL CHILD. She did not offer to say okay send me your ID that I can confirm your are her CHILD. NO my sister who lives in CT ha e the authority AND YVONNE MUST GET HER WRITTEN PERMISSION ??!!before I am allowed to have a medical report on my mom's last days and reason of death and treatment. RIDICULOUS. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
