sarcastic receptionist

This is the worst service I have ever seen in a hospital. I took my sister to the emergency room at Montana Hospital due to the fact that she show signs of meningitis. We sat waiting for someone to assist even though the waiting room was empty. We sat for an hour after which we said what bad service this is. The receptionist then chipped in and said but you can go to Mamelodi hospital, very sarcastically continued \this is a hospital where their are sick people and we will get to you when we do."I then said but that is why there is an emergency room and she rep**** \""yes but the emergency room is for sick people\"" we then left and went to Kloof Hospital where my sister was admitted for that which we suspected all along. The blond receptionist has the worst attitude I have ever come across!!! She is rude and disrespectful. She needs an attitude adjustment."""
