rude staff and poor communication

I have been horrified at the service of the Netcare Casualty at the Hospital, My mother was admitted to casualty on Tuesday at 12pm. She fell and hit her head and was rushed via the ambulance, she was frail and completely out of it. she was taken directly to the Resus section to be "worked on" when we went to the back, there were nurses walking around with tea and just sitting and doing nothing. There is only one doctor who I am assuming is allocated to the emergency ward so when people come in even if they are frail or unwell they get told to wait. No one communicates with you what is going on. The doctor doesnt even explain what is happening, you just get told to wait. I also want to report Thabile Sithole, who has no manners and could not even acknowledge me when I went to go see what was happening with my mom. No one tells us that they have to do scans and investigate what is happening. The lack of communication is causing my dad so much stress. Now my mother is in ICU and still no one is telling us what is happening. however I see the claims going through as I managed her admin.I want feedback and I want it now!
