Rude receptionist, who doesn't know how talk to people!

I called Netcare Femina Arcadia, Belvedere street to change my incorrect date of admission. I spoke to Michelle. Michelle is rude, condescending and impatient. I kept on repeating the reason for my call and explaining that i need to change the incorrect dates, she initially not gave a response, that she will change the dates she kept on saying "anything else". Michelle, you are in Healthcare, the least that you can do is to be kind and patient when you receive calls. Being kind and patient will not take anything away from you!
