Rude nurse at high care 2nd floor and extremely lazy nurse

I am at 2nd floor high care and there is a nurse here, she is rude, always complaining wen us patient need help, ever since she arrived at 7 she only checked my sugar level once and yesterday 29 September 2026 the nurses who were here during night shift n day they were extremely nice and helpful, forever checking on us, I guess I'm going to have a long time. She is busy eating her snacks in the ward. Please help and help other patients
