Rude eye specialist at netcare KH

I went to Dr J Coetzer as refered by my peditritian,he was fine but the black lady who works the was very rude that I went home with a sick note that was wrong (I'm also black) so my son went back yesterday to have a surgery so I gave the nurse at theatre the note as she said and an hour later,she came back telling me that she tried her best but the docter kept shouting at her and the other guy who came so that his note can be fixed too.I then went to the doctors office myself n apparently the guy who wanted his letter to be fixed was also there again.I found the docter n i greeted him and as I took out the note before saying anything he just shouted at me,told me he won't fix it,also that I won't tell him how to do his work and left me standing.another receptionist tried to calm me down but then appeared the black lady rude as ever finishing off where the docter left so I decided to leave.
