RUDE!!!! Disgusting!!

I was admitted into the union in alberton last year November, of which there was an amount that the medical AID did not cover, Its been a year and I was not notified of this there was not one phone call, or sms, or statement sent to me. My account was handed over to some Attorney who contacted me for the first time last week. I told her i want to query the amount with my medical AID and get a statement from the union hospital as I was not aware where the amount came from, She the told me that She does not wait for any statements and I must pay the amount because its been handed over. Now if a client has not received any form of notification of an account how would they know of an Outstanding amount. I will not accept Harassment from your legal department and be told I must pay and they dont accept the fact that I need to query the amount first which i have all right to do. I think its disgusting how someone from legal department can be so rude, I would put your attorney in this but she was so rude I didnt even get to know where she was calling from.
