rude and unhelpful

We rushed my sister to the roseacres hospital who was in terrible agony. They just put her in a random bed and left her. She was crying in the bed and no one was helping her. When I got there her husband asked who was helping her and the doctor on shift was rude. No one was helpful and when I told them to help her I was spoken to my some rude blonde nurse who just told me to leave. What u must understand is that we are panicking and worried and no one was sympathetic to us. I am disgusted at the service of the apathetic nurse. Apparently u have to be bleeding externally to get emergency assistance.
