Rude and Pathetic service
<p>I called in to check on my mum today and the staff at Universitas are rude and not helpful at all. They make you hold while they have there own conversations! I have the call recorded as well I dont understand why do you choose the medical feild if you do not have a passion to help people be it info of medical reasons. Disappointed once again. </p>
