Rude and arrogant staff

Took my sister to Netcare Greenacres emergency before 8 in the evening. Only person who was friendly was the receptionist. We got to see the Doctor at 10:00 who then indicated she needs blood tests taken. Blood taken at 10:05. It's 01:00 in the morning and we have yet to see the Doctor again. There is only one Doctor on call and had to attend to a P1 patient. I do not have an issue with the Dr attending to a P1 patient. However, not once did anyone come to check on my sister nor give an update as to why the Dr is delayed. When I enquired, I was met with rude and arrogant staff that interrupts you while you are talking and tries to speak over you. A bit of compassion and friendliness goes along way.
