Rotten Apple at Parklane Hospital

Netcare Parklane hospital such a great hospital with 1 rotten apple that needs to be dealt with or else the whole pack will be rotten.

My wife gave birth (preterm) on the 29 NOVEMBER and our baby was taken to ICU ,there is a lady nurse called Buyiswa in that unit , for someone who deals with parents who are distressed she is not fit at all, very moody and doesn't great parents. She doesn't even interact with the very babies that she is looks after especially during feeding process. She very rude and I think NETCARE needs to isolate her before she influences others.
