After our 3yr old have being revered to be treated in hospital by the pediatrician @ Kuilsriver Netcare, we later were told by the m/aid, that only 1 of the 5 days will be paid from the hospital plan, and the rest from the savings. The Dr and hospital reception staff confirmed with us prior to admission that the whole process is to be paid from the h/plan, which was a lie. According to our scheme, the hospital staff didn't do the daily confirmation with them on the checking in off the 5 days. There acc lady, Mrs Coetzee wants to pass responsibility and says we were to do our own confirmation with the scheme, but also confirmed telephonic, that she would have the acc reversed and paid from the proper department. She still didn't do it and isn't making contact. \Who does the confirmation for a patient that's about to die if not treated soon
