Requesting patients to pay for parking

I was very disappointed as a patient at netcare waterfall at mall of Africa to be requested to pay for parking and I asked security guards why should I pay and the respond was so ridiculous. They said only admitted patients are not paying and if I want more information I should ask at the reception, but receptionist was so *********** and she couldn’t give me an answer instead she send me to the security guards again. I was doing a procedure that took more than 40 minutes and at the gate it’s not even stated that patients must pay for parking as well. Imagine paying hospital feed and parking again, that’s ripping people off. I was there on the 7/10/2019. I wouldn’t advise anyone to consult there , what kind of hospital is that , that makes patients to pay for parking.
