Refusing medical care

I just rushed myself to Netcare Olivedale Hospital as I had an asthma attack. They were the closest pharmacy for me to get a pump. Thabiso and 2 other @netcare officials refused to let me in even though I was struggling to breathe. They wanted me to complete an online survey before allowing me to get the medication I needed to breathe.

I understand we need to track who goes into hospitals but I also understand the right to medical care. I believe that Netcare Olivedale Hospital staff lack the knowledge to understand what matters more.

I tried doing that survey but it didn't work on the phone. And Thabiso got angry with me because of how hard I was pressing on the ipad.

Eventually I was able to get in with my whole body feeling numb and my lips turning blue, one of the ladies that's stands at the door ran in after me to tell me to get out as my temperature wasn't take. She was right they didn't take my temperature at the door and I **** and said look here is a sticker, dont even know what I wrote on the survey because I couldn't breathe.

Its disappointing that @netcare is more worried about paperwork than my life.
