Refuse to sanitze a Packet

I went to Netcare Linksfield Hospitale Pharmacy to purchase some Allergy Medicine. The Person behind the counter first have a discussion with the Night Guard. I ask him for some Allergex. He asked for my Surname I told him my Surname. He said spell it. I said It is going to be a long night let me rather give you my card. he said he does not want it. I must hold the card against the glass Partition so he can read it I comply. After a minute our so he completed my details. Took the allergy medicine from the shelf placed it in a packet in a basket complete with cable tie no problem. he proceed to place it on the counter for me to take. I requested that he Sanitize it. He turn down my request and told me I have to sanitize it myself in front. I repeated my request again. Again he informed me I have to do it myself. I found his attitude his Mannerism an absolute disgrace. I will not attend your Pharmacy again.
