Refusal to refund

I took my daughter to Netcare Akasia's emergency unit on 5 January 2021. I paid cash for the account. I requested an invoice forcase number *** and had to wait for about 45 days. The amount that I paid was R450.00, of this amount R197.35 must be refunded to me and I am still struggling to get the refund after submitting the required documentation. I am extremely unhappy with the the my matter has been handled.
