Refund?? What refund??? Poor services rendered

Hi ,

I was at the Union Hospital on the 27/07/2018, I made a co-payment of R4200.00 with my debit card as we cannot be admitted if the amount is not paid. After a while the M/A paid also the account.

I have been in contact with Versha, who is very helpful and understanding but it feel's like other staff just don't care, the don't consider the financial situation of the person who the refund is due to. Versha has submitted the refund request twice and still tried to follow up for me, yet no one has contacted me for my backing details in order for the refund to be processed.

It's been a month since the procedure and 1 week since starting the process with Versha.

This long overdue and i demand feedback.
