Refund my money please

Im so dissapointed and very upset that i never recieved my refund of r700 pre admission fee , from netcare after filling out the refund form and sending and also birthing at a different hospital !!!!

i have contacted them on numerous occasions and no one go lt back to me the receptionist keep saying she sent the form through to head office but no one made contact with me!!! i want my money back thank God i never birthed at the hospital its pethetic quik to take ur money but take forever to refund you!!!!
