Refund
Good day. <br> I went in for an shoulder operation on the 22/01/2015 I had a co payment of R1500.00 but they also sent it to the medical aid with a motivation. Its 14 days today since the medical aid paid them R1 026.39 so now I been phoning and phoning and they told me sorry their system off line they cant refund me but now the question is before you are admitted you need to pay the co payment but if it comes to refunding you they got a million stories this is pathetic.<br> <br> Yours sincerely<br> Disappointed patient
