Reckless driving and abuse of emergency lights and sirens

A Netcare emergency vehicles caused a 3 car accident on Edwin Swales at 09h30 on 29/09/2018. The car, registration number FS56RJGP, was attempting to cross the intersection against ongoing traffic. My father app**** brakes and the 3 car accident ensued. The paramedics got out of their vehicle, but did not conduct a primary survey on anyone and when questioned as to what the emergency was that warranted the use of lights and sirens drove off without exchanging any details. As a surgical registrar I can fully understand the urgency and extenuating circumstances of an emergency call - however the conduct of these paramedics was reprehensible at best. I have made numerous attempts to contact Netcare regarding the investigation process but they have failed to give me a coherent answer. Additionally I have asked for the practice number of their group and paramedics as I am considering lodging a complaint with the HPCSA as I am currently admitted to hospital with a c8 fallout. Additionally Netcare 911 posted pictures of the same vehicle being dispatched to a fun run and I cannot help but wonder if this was the emergency that warranted the use of emergency lights and sirens as well as reckless driving. I am throughly disgusted by this situation and the manner by which netcare has handled it thus far.
